Is The TAoFA Experience For You?
The TAoFA Experience is for those who feel there is something deeper beneath their relationship with sleep, healing, spirituality and personal growth.
The intent is to make the human experience as simple and practical as possible, beginning with sleep as one of the central organizing events of life—where Mind, Body, God, and Soul intersect for restoration and guidance.
While many approaches address these areas of life separately, TAoFA sees them as an interconnected movement of the same relationship. As the relationship between Mind and Body shifts—specifically how they share energy—sleep, healing, spirituality, and personal growth naturally shift with it.
To help you determine whether this perspective resonates with you, I've included three short videos below that introduce the core concepts and mechanisms of the TAoFA model. Together they explain how TAoFA moves from isolation to coherence, both on a nightly basis and over the course of weeks, months, and years.
It's important that these ideas feel energetically correct to you, because they form the foundation of the Sleep Ritual and the broader TAoFA approach.
While many of the concepts may feel familiar, TAoFA's framework is fundamentally different in one important way: it recognizes the Mind as a separate component from the brain that shares the same energy. As a result, TAoFA's practices focus less on using mental energy to regulate experience and more on reducing the energetic interference that prevents the Body from returning to its natural state of coherence.
What is Awareness?
Awareness is the deepest seat of knowing available to a human, and your greatest asset.
Awareness precedes both the mind and the brain, which is why it provides separation from the thoughts, emotions, patterns, and behaviors that shape your experience, that you would otherwise not notice.
In TAoFA, awareness is seen as the messenger between life and sleep. It is the aspect of self that allows you to observe resistance while no longer becoming it.
Awareness is both a tool for aligning with sleep and becoming more attuned during the experience of sleep.
Your relationship to awareness, and your ability to access it more often, is the foundation upon which the entire TAoFA practice is built.
