As a 24-hour modality, TAoFA can be described as a dual approach to revealing a non-dual reality.
Through a unique grounding practice, a distinction is created between the Mind and Body, so that they may attune with one another and clarify their appropriate roles when fulfilling intention.
As the Mind releases some of its perceived responsibility and entrusts it to the Body - and to the Life Force Energy moving through it - the Body becomes more available to be guided by that energy and carry out the autonomic functions that align with your intention. In other words, the Body will begin to fulfill your intention without needing as much thought or control from the Mind.
