Hi everyone,

I wanted to share my experience so far. The first night i did the processing for maybe 5 minutes. My mind wanted to be thinking about something anything and i had to gently remind it to let go. Then before i went to bed i reminded myself that peace and love are part of my sleep. I came to this place this last year but also forgot this when i started having sleep problems again. all the anxiety came back and yes terrible sleep.

From Derek sharing on Monday i also realized how much expectations and rules, to what it should look like around sleep. If i don't get 8 or 9 hrs its bad, if i get up a few times its bad or the feeling of failure. This is going to ruin my day, life, relationships, doing business, travel on and on. Wow what a heavy load i was putting on my relationship with sleep. No wonder I was doomed to sleep. Also one thing I am doing to support my body is taking a homeopathic remedy. I found one that describes someone who gets to hot and feet also at night, kicks covers off and wakes between 2-5 and can't get back to sleep. it was describing me. So with doing both i have slept a lot better. I have been incorporating doing the processing throughout the day as well. I am loving this and can't wait to learn more and go deeper. Thank you

for having me be apart of this amazingness...😍

Yes, it can be a heavy load! Thanks for sharing Kari. I'm feeling your rememberance and also, the potential for a whole new relationship to sleep. I've always thought of our relatioship to sleep just like any relationship. But even more so now that it's the body that sleeps, because it's a little simpler to conceptualize having a relationship with my body that has it's own mind (to me anyhow 😃).
