Hello all,

I wanted to say hello ahead of tomorrow as suggested.

I live in Salisbury Wiltshire after moving from Surrey last July.

I spent the last 9-12 years in fight or flight but I hadn't quite realised that small fact until I made some positive changes to get out of the corporate world, as I woke up and realised how spiritually aware I was in March (it became harder and unbearable) and I had gone from being the lynch pin in the business I helped build to being on the heap. Lesson learned and the favour from the universe was not unnoticed! I realised I had always been this way but had been suppressing myself heavily.

All through this time, I had trouble sleeping and had resorted to potions and powders for many reason but for the last 3 months at the very least I have been largely tea total of everything but Coffee! Not a bad place to be and well in touch with my body.

My body is still not always letting me sleep and then I have crash days so I am hoping to resolve this, but to also get a better understanding of dreamland, and the messages I am clearly getting from there. I don't tend to get insightful meditations but it is clear that my guidance from the source and my guardian angels and otherwise is through my dreaming so I would like to get to have a better relationship with sleep and dream time.
