Progress at Week 7

Hello folks,


Well, this was a tricky thing to get my head around due to the fundamental simplicity of it (once you know) based what I thought I knew, but I have previously said that before, and now understand I was overthinking it.


Regrettably I have been ill and was staying at my Mum's in the same bed as my lad, so it has been disruptive from Week 7 up to this Week 8 and with my illness my sleep patterns have been a bit awry BUT.... After Week 6 and into Week 7 I did get a few nights where I got to do the process, Ground, Release and it was great and I understood the benefit of that release function and it was amazing that an activity would lend itself to the sleep programme. Totally mad but it worked.


This Week 7 and coming up to 8, last night I was able to practice balance then, which I am sort of familiar with and wow, yes. I did get that tap on the shoulder of sorts, to get myself to bed, by releasing and then sitting again, and staying upright and kind of subconsciously saying from the mind to the body, "here you go, here is the energy. I don't need it all for now but pay it forward in the morning, okay?!)I will let you know if there is a problem but otherwise, 'you go this, body!' do your thing" and allowing myself to be present and mind into solitude.


I will keep at it of course now I am much better. Great stuff

This is wonderful Paul! You described the process beautifully and I’m so glad to feel you facilitating. I’m sorry the environmental situation has changed things a bit this week. I hope you are feeling better by now. And remember, sleep debts are forgiven when we tap the channel how you described!
